Sara is a 2001 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Sports Marketing and Management with a minor in Business Administration. For the last 20 years, Sara has held multiple roles as an animal health professional and leader. Since 2020, Sara has worked in Business Development, Procurement, and Strategic Partnerships with St. Louis-based CareVet, a veterinary practice management group. From 2001 through 2019 Sara served in multiple roles at Patterson Animal Health, most recently Director of Business Development and Strategic Accounts. While at Patterson Sara served on the Patterson Foundation Board as well as many other committees within the organization.

Sara’s passion is giving back and being involved in supporting local and national organizations. She has been involved with the following organizations:

• Responder Rescue – Volunteer and committee member
• Indiana University St Louis Alumni Chapter – Committee member
• Big Brothers, Big Sisters – Volunteer
• Patterson Foundation – Board member and committee member
• Stray Rescue Annual Gala – Volunteer and committee member

Sara and her wife Jessica have two children; Landon (14) and Harrison (8) and live in St. Charles, MO.
