A powerful memorial installation and centerpiece of the lobby honoring the 7,085 heroes killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. Serving as a permanent tribute to the sacrifices made by America’s military heroes and a reminder of the enduring cost of freedom. Through Dogs For Our Brave, their legacy lives on.

Suspended in light at the heart of the building’s lobby, this chandelier is designed to create a space of reflection, remembrance, and healing for veterans, families, and visitors alike.

 

But this is more than a memorial. It is a movement.​ A movement to carry their legacy forward.​

“This memorial ensures these heroes and their sacrifices are never forgotten,” says Bryan Pieschel, Executive Director, Purple Heart recipient, and Iraq War veteran. “From the moment you enter the lobby at Dogs For Our Brave, it serves as a powerful reminder of the solemn price paid for our freedoms. Having experienced the loss of fellow soldiers firsthand in Iraq, this mission is deeply personal to me. We honor their sacrifice and memory by continuing to serve those who served us through the life-changing support of mobility service dogs.”
