Veteran Introduction Form

Given our dogs exceptionally high level of mobility assistance skills, we look to pair them with veterans that require significant needs due to physical limitations.

We are unique because we don’t stop there – we cover the financial needs of each dog for the life of the dog: food, veterinary care, pharmaceuticals, month preventatives, toys, beds, equipment, etc. there is truly never a financial burden on our veterans.

Our only training center is here is St. Louis, MO but we serve veterans living anywhere in the US. We are currently limited to the size of our training center and are only capable of training 10 dogs at a time.

Find out if you are a candidate to apply to the program by completing your introduction form below. Once received, our Director of Veteran Services, Bryan Pieschel, will contact you. Thank you.
