ROMEO

Romeo is a one-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle mix, from Open Door Animal Sanctuary. He was surrendered due to his owner getting older and being unable to properly care for him.

We were immediately drawn to Romeo's confidence, love for people, and willingness to learn. 

 

He quickly passed all his Trial phase assessments and officially joined the DFOB training program in April 2026. 

 

Romeo is a very sweet boy who loves to work and meet new people. Since joining the program, he has learned many new skills and is currently working towards passing his Canine Good Citizen test.
